Potty Training 101
These pics were taken a while ago. But I have started potty training Lorelai.
Okay so maybe no the sit/pee/do your thing potty training, but @ 19months she is showing signs that she is willing to take a look at the potty and even sit on it when her sister is on the loo, so we are now potty training.

As you can see the first attempt did not last very long and she did not like it very much! I really tired to get her to sit so I can take a picture of this big milestone but no… she did not want to.
<she did pee on my legs as she was getting into the bath, so maybe next time she will sit a minute or two longer>

I just bought a toilet trainer for Ava-Grace @ 21 months she is showing all the signs of readiness, even made her first wee on the toilet this weekend after telling me wee-wee and toilet. Makes me a little sad, feels like they grow up too fast!
Sharon Im not ready for potty training!!!
Lorelai will be wearing a nappy until she wakes up dry ever morning for a month. I did the same with Amandalynn. After trying night time potty training. That means Amandalynn was on the nappy until 3 and a half years.
Im okay with that.
We started potty training around the time Chubbs turned two. He’s now two-and-a-half and we’re still trying. He’s just not interested! Good luck with Lorelai.
Jess Amandalynn started potty training at 2years and 3 months, she was day potty trained within a month, but she was still on the nappy until 3 and a half.
It does not help we push our children to do something they are not ready for. We just scare them, So Im currently following Lorelai’s lead on this.
We started with Zoe last week. Zoe is turning 3 in January. She is ready and she is doing so well. I think if we started earlier it would have been more difficult.
Good luck with your potty training
last night I realised again that Lorelai is ready for school and for potty training. Congrats to Zoe for doing so well
